Landmark Celebrations in True Style

We host numerous landmark birthday parties and special celebrations each year. Every one offers something completely different to mainstream ways of celebrating - and we haven't had one yet that hasn't been a tremendous amount of fun!

From 18th to 80th birthdays, from anniversaries and special thank-yous to wedding proposals and wedding receptions, we meticulously prepare each event around the specific requirements of our client. Every celebration is different and we work really hard to make sure every one is a truly special and momentous occasion.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A day on the water is unlike any other form of celebration. You and your guests won't fail to be be impressed by the sheer presence and quality of our luxury yachts and the adrenaline rush from the vessel's responsive handling. Couple this with the indulgence of our on-board catering and a relaxed, friendly and discreet service, it's a combination that is hard to beat!

Before any charter, you can spend as much time as you need planning the day with your own dedicated charter consultant. You can be as detailed as you like or you can just leave the whole thing to us. Rest assured though that you'll will be provided with everything you need to know about the day ahead - what to bring, where to meet, and there'll always be someone available at Clarity to handle any questions you or any of your guests have.

On the day itself, guests will be met by your Charter Director and shown to their yacht. They'll be welcomed on board with a glass of champagne and a tasty breakfast. After introductions are made and everyone relaxes, a short safety briefing will be given by your skipper and the crew will be introduced. Before you know it, you'll be ready to slip the berth and head out of the river or harbour to the open sea. For those new to motor yachting, the moment the throttles are opened and the boat climbs onto the plane is unforgettable!

The day evolves depending on many factors - where you're heading for lunch, what the weather is doing, whether there are any other activities planned - or you can just spend the day relaxing and chilling out. If you're taking lunch on board then you'll usually head to an idyllic anchorage or to one of the UK's famous sailing centres such as Cowes, Yarmouth or Dartmouth in the West Country. Lunch on board is always freshly prepared specifically for your charter and you can select your choices from a wide variety of menus all complemented with fine wines. Lunch is served in a relaxed, informal manner but with an attention to detail right down to the crisp white linen napkins. Alternatively you may wish to head ashore to one of our highly recommended restaurants,pubs or bars within walking distance from a harbour or marina for a more traditional lunch.

Your afternoon activities commence when you and your guests are ready but always offer every guest the chance to skipper the yacht with expert tuition or take in some water sports or high speed RIB rides. Afternoon Tea will follow shortly afterwards whilst exploring more of the coast line - usually with a trip up a remote river or creek before finally returning to berth around 5.00pm. (All timings are flexible)

Guests may then depart at their leisure and your Charter Director will be on hand to ensure everyone has everything they need.

Each yacht has an on-board a 'Boat Camera' which guests and crew are encouraged to use throughout the day. The camera is waterproof and shock proof and at the end of each day your Event Manager will download the photos to a secure part of our website where your guests can view, download and upload their own photos to share with the group.The day is suitable for all ages and all levels of physical fitness

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Our packages include everything you need for a perfect day out. There are no hidden extras and no post-event 'surcharges' - the price you see is the price you pay. They also include VAT - always check when comparing prices as others may quote rates excluding VAT to appear cheaper - but then add it on when you book which can make your celebration more expensive!

Remember that as we provide every aspect of the day ourselves (we don't subcontract or act as an agent) your celebration can be tailored to your exacting requirements. We're also the only UK operator to have our own in-house catering team, and so can accomodate most dietary needs & specific menu requests.

PRICING

At Clarity we believe in being open and transparent about our prices and don't hide behind a telephone number where you're destined for heavy sales tactics. The price you see is the price you pay. All prices include a fully qualified and experienced Skipper and Crew Member as well as all the fuel you would use in a typical day.
