If you're after making an impression, then look no further. Available for meetings, conferences, private dinners and special events, HMS Warrior - constructed in 1860, was the pride of the Victorian fleet. The first ever armoured warship, she was powered by sail and steam and capable of speeds of up to 18 knots. Warrior is the only surviving example of the 45 iron-hulled ships built between 1866 and 1877. |
There are several areas of the ship available for private hire and our yachts are either berthed at Gunwharf Quays - and guests can take a short 5 minute walk to the vessel, or we berth at the Gosport Ferry/Waterbus pontoon right next to the ship.

| A private tour of the ship by one of the knowledgeable Quartermasters can be taken before dinner is served, and guests are welcome to stay on board until midnight. |

| Wardroom |
 The Wardroom provides a prestigious setting and background for those wishing to entertain up to twenty in an intimate atmosphere, similar to that enjoyed by the Ship's Officers in 1860.
Great care has been taken to ensure that the restoration and artefacts displayed are of the 1860 period.
The Wardroom table seats up to twenty guests. Caterers take great pride in laying the table with white cloths and linen napkins. Floral decorations, menus and placecards provided by the ship and add elegance to the final setting. |

| Half Deck |
 The Officer's Half Deck, bordered by the Captain's and Senior Officers' beautifully restored cabins, will delight your dinner guests. The adjacent bulkheads house an armoury of rifles, revolvers and cutlasses.
The venue affords a magnificent setting which can be adapted to suit numbers up to sixty. One or both sides of the Half Deck may be used for an elegant dinner in the sheltered atmosphere of the Officers' quarters. |

| Gun Deck |
 The massive Gun Deck, the fighting citadel of the ship, is an ideal setting for those in search of that special venue with a difference for the larger gathering.
With Quartermasters in 1860 uniform and guides on hand to provide information for the enquiring mind, between 60 and 280 guests can sit at mess tables set between the broadside guns, with their firing equipment overhead and close-quarter fighting arms alongside. Alternatively up to six hundred may be entertained comfortably on this deck by those wishing to host a cocktail party or standing finger buffet.
A host of different ideas to entertain your guests is possible, including a disco or band which can be set up on the Half Deck to enable your guests to enjoy dancing after dinner until 23:45hrs. |
